Solo engineer 40m charter program

Position: Y3 Engineer – Charter Yacht (South Florida / Bahamas)
* Location: South Florida (preferred base)
* Vessel: 40M Charter Yacht (Italian build)
* Registration: Cayman Commercial
* Status: Full-Time Position
We are seeking an experienced Y3 Engineer for a 40-meter charter yacht currently for sale in South Florida and actively chartering in the Bahamas.
Key Requirements:
Valid Y3 CoC (or higher).

Proven experience on motor yachts in the 40-meter range.

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills; must be self-sufficient and proactive.

Familiarity with Italian-built vessels (e.g., Benetti, Ferretti, Azimut) is highly preferred.

Based in or willing to relocate to South Florida.

Responsibilities:
Oversee all technical operations and maintenance of the yacht.

Support in preparing the vessel for charters and during potential sales viewings.

Ensure compliance with all safety, flag, and class requirements.

Work closely with the Captain and crew to maintain operational readiness and guest satisfaction.
