Experienced Deckhand

47 meter private/charter yacht is looking for an experienced Deckhand. 
Ideally the candidate will have:
STCW / ENG1 
AEC 
Yacht Master/Yacht Rating 
PWC Instructor 
ADDITIONAL SKILLS THAT WOULD BE A BIG PLUS:
Proficient in tender driving 
Proficient with water toys / sports instruction and maintenance
Sailing instruction 
Kiteboarding instruction 
Fishing Experience / Instruction 
Charter Experience/Busy Private (1 seasons minimum)
English must be your first language.

Must be Organized 
Must have a Positive Mental Attitude, Outgoing, Athletic mindset, Healthy, Be Honest

Looking for a long-term commitment.
Dual season, Caribbean / Med.
1 year contract (we have a 60-90 day review) 
Health insurance
1 paid flight per year
1 paid course (1 year commitment from end date of course)
Time off is 38 days per year per contract – However - This is the minimum  usually give more time when we can per vessel schedule.
Salary based on experience and licenses.
