Housekeeper/Laundry Stewardess – Private 50m M/Y

This is a winter position aboard a 50m private motor yacht seeking a motivated Housekeeper/Laundry Stewardess to join the interior team. The role is ideal for someone with a hotel or cruise ship background who is looking to start in the yachting industry. The successful candidate will be comfortable following instructions and learning procedures in both the laundry and housekeeping departments. 

Start date: November – April
Itinerary: Shipyard period in Italy
Package: Salary paid in Euros, leave included

Experience/Skills required:
• Ideally one season’s experience as a Stewardess or similar role in hotels or cruise ships
• Interest in housekeeping and laundry, including garment care and ironing
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Positive attitude and team spirit

Qualifications required:
• STCW (fully updated)
• Seafarer’s Medical Certificate
• Seaman’s Discharge Book (preferred)
