ROTATIONAL 2ND ENGINEER 55M MY We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced 2nd Engineer to join a 55m private motor yacht. The vessel is dual-season, currently cruising the Med, with plans to cross to the Caribbean for the winter season. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established program with strong crew longevity and high maintenance standards. ITINERARY & VESSEL DETAILS: Currently in Europe – Med summer / Caribbean winter Long-standing Captain and senior crew (5+ years) 13 crew total Busy, professionally run program Maintained to a high standard REQUIREMENTS: Y3 CoC or equivalent (required) 2 years experience on 40m+ vessels At least 1 year’s longevity on a 40m+ yacht B1/B2 visa (required) Schengen visa (if applicable) Strong engineering background with proven hands-on technical skills Good team player with a positive attitude We are looking for a committed individual who is looking to settle on a vessel for at least a year Excellent previous references PACKAGE: Rotation: 2:2 Salary: DOE (paid in USD) Start Date: October/November 

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
