Catamaran Chef | Host

We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Chef | Host to join the permanent crew of a privately owned catamaran. This is a year-round role working side-by-side with the Captain as part of a close-knit two-person crew. Captain and Chef | Host couples are welcome to apply.

The Chef | Host will be the heart of the onboard experience – preparing fresh, creative meals (typically breakfast and/or lunch onboard, with most dinners enjoyed off the boat), striking the right balance between relaxed family-style dining and the occasional plated course. While the standard is not Michelin-driven, quality, variety, and thoughtful presentation are highly valued. Guests should feel “wined and dined” in a way that is both casual and elevated, depending on the occasion. Beyond the culinary, this role is about creating a welcoming environment, ensuring the yacht is kept to the highest standards of hospitality and cleanliness, and supporting smooth operations alongside the Captain.

The culture is relaxed, fun, and adventurous, with a “work hard, play hard” spirit. Guests should always feel at ease and cared for, while professional boundaries are respected.

Housing is provided onboard.

Assist with deck duties such as docking, anchoring, and handling lines and fenders when needed.
Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented onboard culture.
