Rotational Chief Engineer needed for a 43 meter motor yacht

Chief Engineer – 43m Motor Yacht (Rotational Position)
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Chief Engineer (minimum Y3 or equivalent) to join a 43-meter motor yacht on a rotational basis. The vessel is based in Singapore and operates extensively throughout Asia and Australasia, often venturing off the beaten track.
Candidate Profile
- Holds a Y3 or equivalent engineering qualification (minimum requirement)
- Residing in Australia, New Zealand, or Asia
- Hands-on, solutions-oriented, and proactive in approach
- Demonstrated longevity and experience in similar roles
- Strong attention to detail with the confidence to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and team-player mentality to complement an excellent crew culture
Technical Requirements
- Vessel is powered by Caterpillar C32 main engines, Caterpillar C4 generators, and equipped with Naiad stabilizers
- Experience with these systems is highly advantageous
Position Details
- Rotation: 2 months on/off
- Accommodation: Private cabin
- Compensation: Competitive salary: USD 7500-8500 DOE
- Start Date: Early November 2025 (subject to probationary period)
