Captain & Chef / Stewardess Couple – Private 28m M/Y

We are seeking an experienced couple to join a 28m private motor yacht on a permanent basis. The vessel runs a busy single-season program, is homeported in Spain, and offers a great opportunity for a hands-on, dynamic team.

Package: Salary paid in Euros, 38 days’ paid leave

Captain

The ideal Captain will combine strong leadership qualities with solid engineering knowledge, ensuring smooth operations and a positive environment on board.

Experience/Skills required:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Captain on yachts 20m+
• Strong engineering skills with a proactive, problem-solving approach
• Dynamic, energetic, and able to lead by example with a positive attitude
• Excellent leadership, communication, and crew management skills
• Solid knowledge of Mediterranean cruising grounds
• Strong administration and accounting capabilities

Qualifications required:
• Master 200 minimum
• AEC 1/2 (preferred)
• STCW (fully updated)
• Seafarer’s Medical Certificate
• Seaman’s Discharge Book

Chef or Sole Stewardess

We are open to either a culinary-trained Chef or an experienced Sole Stewardess.

Chef requirements:
• Culinary-trained with proven experience on yachts or in fine dining
• Confident in provisioning and managing a galley independently
• Creative, well-organized, and able to deliver fresh, seasonal cuisine
• Must hold STCW (fully updated) and ENG1 / Seafarer’s Medical Certificate

Sole Stewardess requirements:
• Previous experience as Sole Stewardess on 20m+ yachts
• Strong service, housekeeping, and laundry skills
• Positive, proactive, and able to work independently while supporting the Captain
• STCW (fully updated) and ENG1 required
