DECKHAND - 90M M/Y: We're looking for a Deckhand to join a prestigious 90m private motor yacht with light charter use, operating a dual-season itinerary in the Med and Caribbean. This is a great opportunity for candidates seeking sea time, structured training, and clear career progression. You'll work under experienced leadership in a professional yet inclusive environment. Candidate Requirements: - Yacht Rating as a minimum certification - Ideally 1 year of proven experience on 50m+ yachts - Strong tender handling skills preferred - Valid B1/B2 and Schengen visas (if required) - Additional skills such as carpentry, or water sports instruction are highly desirable Package: - Salary: 3000 Euros - Leave: 90 days per year - Flights: Two return flights annually Start date: Beginning of September

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
