About this role
Rotational Pastry Chef – Private 100 m + M/Y• Start: 6th September 2025
• Location: Europe /Middle East
• Package: Salary in Euros
Experience and attributes required:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience (post qualification) in high-end restaurants, preferably Michelin-recognised restaurants.
• 1-2 years of yacht experience is preferable, but not necessary if training and restaurant background are strong enough.
• Experience and portfolio of Patisserie and baking, including breads.
• Positive attitude, hardworking, no drama and confidence running a pastry section.
Qualifications required:
• NVQ level 2 or above, or equivalent qualification in catering & hospitality.
• Level 2 food hygiene certificate.
• Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (with 6 months’ validity)
• Seafarer’s Discharge Book
• STCW updated

Work Experience Requirements:
All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.
Language Requirements:
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
Certificates and Qualifications:
A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
