DECKHAND – 90M+ CHARTER MY We are seeking an experienced Deckhand to join a 90m+ private/charter motor yacht. The yacht is currently in the midst of a busy Med season with back to back charters. They will cross to the Caribbean mid-November, where several charters are already confirmed. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, career-focused individual looking to join a high-performing program with a full itinerary and strong team environment. Candidate Requirements: - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience on a 50m+ yacht - Strong tender handling skills - Ideally holds (or working towards) a Yachtmaster - Painting and varnishing skills preferred - Fit and active - able to keep up with a physically demanding program - Bonus skills: drone/videography, fishing, carpentry/trade background, PT - Watersports knowledge is a strong advantage - Open to male and female candidates Package: - Leave: 3:1 rotation - Salary: DOE (paid in Euros) - Charter tips - Training budget available post-probation Start date: 18th October
