Job Summary

An experienced Chef is required to join the crew of a 113m private motor yacht. This is a rotational position, working 8 weeks on / 8 weeks off. The vessel follows a global cruising itinerary, with regular destinations including Asia, Monaco, and the USA.

Key Responsibilities

Part of a six-chef team, split into two rotating groups (Chef, Sous Chef, Crew Chef).
Ensuring consistent culinary standards and smooth transitions every eight weeks.
Provisioning and managing galley inventory.
Accommodating a wide range of dietary needs and preferences for owners and guests.
Maintaining the highest levels of hygiene and safety in the galley.
Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef in the yachting industry.
Valid STCW and ENG1 certifications.
Skilled in provisioning, galley management, and accommodating dietary needs.
Background in fine dining or Michelin-level kitchens is a plus, but not essential.
Additional Information

Galley Team Structure: Six-chef team, three per rotation.
Rotation: 8 weeks on / 8 weeks off.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.
