ROTATIONAL SOUS CHEF 75M+ We are currently on the hunt for an experienced and talented Sous Chef to join a private 75m+ MY. This is a great program centered around health and wellness.  Requirements: This is a busy role as there will be times where you are the Sole Chef onboard during quieter periods - you must be efficient and able to work independently.  3+ years of cooking experience in high-end restaurants/on similar sized yachts. Ideally you will have knowledge on provisioning and galley operations.  Galley team of 2 on trips - cooking for 20+ crew and assisting with guest food.  Baking and pastry skills are a bonus. The team are really focused on their health and fitness so crew food is developed with this in mind. Nutritional knowledge would be advantageous.  Must be a team player and flexible in the galley. Package/Vessel: Dynamic: Great crew with good longevity.  Leave: 10:10 (weeks) rotation Salary: DOE but paid euros as well as annual bonus scheme.   Start date: End of August ideally to allow a handover with the rotational partner. 

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
