We Are Hiring: Female Purser | 120m+ Private Motor Yacht

We are currently seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Female Purser to join the crew of a prestigious 120m+ private motor yacht. This is a rotational and permanent position onboard a world-class vessel operating globally.

Due to cabin arrangements, only female candidates can be considered for this position.

-Position Details:

Role: Purser

Vessel Size: 120m+

Contract: Permanent

Rotation: Full rotation schedule (details to be discussed during interviews)

Start Date: End of August / Early September

-Requirements:

Valid STCW, ENG1, and all other mandatory certifications for boarding a vessel of this size

Recognized Purser Certificate or equivalent professional qualification

Proven experience in a similar role on large yachts (100m+ preferred)

Strong administrative, financial, crew logistics, and guest relations background

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High levels of discretion, professionalism, and organizational ability

 Responsibilities:

Managing yacht accounts and financial records

Coordinating crew logistics (travel, onboarding/offboarding, visas)

Liaison between owners/guests, captain, and department heads

Ensuring seamless operations behind the scenes

Supporting senior crew with crew payroll, port formalities, and inventory
