Housekeeper/Cook – Abu Dhabi

We are working exclusively with a lovely family in Abu Dhabi who are looking to hire a Housekeeper/Cook to join their home in Abu Dhabi. They are looking for an experienced, meticulous housekeeper who enjoys cooking light, fresh and healthy meals. You must be formally trained or have extensive experience working with a 5* private residence. Beyond the role itself, we are looking for someone who can slot seamlessly into the family life and can manage their duties without causing any disruptions within the home.  The family consist of mum, dad and a newborn baby.

This is a live out position with an accommodation contribution provided. We are therefore looking for someone based in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning and upkeep of all rooms and living spaces
• Laundry care, including washing, ironing, and steaming delicate fabrics
• Wardrobe management, including organising and maintaining luxury garments
• Packing and unpacking luggage for travel
• Maintaining high hygiene standards in bathrooms and kitchens
• Making beds and changing linens regularly
• Overseeing deep cleaning schedules and seasonal organisation
• Ensuring a smooth and seamless environment for the family
• Grocery shopping and the preparation of simple lunches and dinner for the family
• Manage general personal errands as required

Ideal Candidate

• Female is preferred by the family
• Previous private housekeeping experience gained in a similar private environment
• Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong knowledge on how to maintain a home to a 5* standard
• Strong cooking abilities
• Lives a commutable distance to the home in Abu Dhabi

Package

• Working visa
• 25 days annual leave with 1 return flight home a year
• Working schedule: 5-6 days a week as required by the family
• Medical Insurance
• Accommodation contribution of 5,000 AED per month
• Salary: 12,000 – 15,000 AED net per month (depending on experience)
