Wilsonhalligan have an Estate Manager position available based in the US.

My client is looking for an Ex-Chief Stewardess with a strong and effective operational background to manage high-end properties worldwide.

The ideal candidate will be a go-getter, team player, and someone who fosters a positive and collaborative team environment to promote team-work and harmony amongst staff members. 

Responsibilities include but not limited:

• Represent Principals in real estate transactions and significant asset purchases.
• Respond promptly to estate requests, establishing clear priorities and timelines.
• Monitor property metrics, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement best practices.
• Provide leadership to ensure the global estate team adheres to standards and policies.
• Conduct performance evaluations, lead recruitment, and handle personnel challenges empathetically.
• Manage property aesthetics and functionality, proposing solutions for improvements.
• Cultivate a high-performing team, upholding standards and reinforcing house values.
• Optimise staff schedules and timesheets for efficiency with the Manager of Family Operations.
• Supervise all estate functions, from housekeeping to guest services.
