Crewing & Payroll Manager

Are you an experienced crewing professional with a strong understanding of maritime regulations and payroll management? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Crewing & Payroll Manager to oversee crewing operations across our fleet of yachts.

Your Role:
• Lead & Manage Crewing Operations – Oversee crew planning, contracts, and compliance with STCW, MLC, and Flag State requirements.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance – Verify crew certifications, medical claims, and regulatory adherence.
• Crew Recruitment & Administration – Supervise crew changes, travel arrangements, payroll, and onboard accounting.
• Performance & Budget Control – Monitor crew performance and appraisals, assist in managing crew-related budget.
• Reporting & Communication – Provide reports to management and clients, liaise with Flag States, and conduct yacht visits.

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Fluent spoken and written English
