Female Arabic Speaking PA – Saudi Arabia

We are working exclusively with a UHNW family who are seeking an experienced, discreet, and highly organised female personal assistant to support a VIP lady in her daily life and responsibilities. The role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage personal tasks, coordinate with household staff, and oversee social and personal scheduling with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
This is a live in position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily schedule, appointments, and calendar
• Coordinate social events, gatherings, and private functions
• Liaise with household staff to ensure all personal preferences and standards are met
• Accompany principal when required for errands or meetings
• Handle wardrobe organisation, personal shopping, and gifting
• Make travel arrangements, including bookings and itineraries
• Act as the point of contact for external service providers
• Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality in all matters

Key Requirements

• Previous experience as a personal assistant in a private household or similar VIP environment
• Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
• Professional demeanour, well-groomed, and presentable
• High emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity
• Ability to work flexibly, including occasional evenings or weekends if needed
• Tech-savvy (basic knowledge of calendars, messaging apps, and travel tools)
