Personal Wellness Manager – Dubai

We are seeking an exceptional private Wellness Manager for a unique and deeply personalised role supporting the holistic wellbeing of a highly successful female principal. Best described as a modern-day “nanny for adults,” this position is rooted in the traditions of elite private household care, with a focus on organisation, calmness, and gentle lifestyle support.

The Principal leads an extremely demanding schedule across multiple businesses and time zones and is seeking a quietly efficient, emotionally intelligent, and discreet individual to help maintain her health, structure, and overall wellbeing. The role would suit someone with a background in elite nannying, butler service, wellness or a refined private care environment.

The ideal candidate will be graceful, composed, and self-managing – someone who can blend seamlessly into the rhythm of the household while gently overseeing the Principal’s daily wellness routines, light meals and hydration, and other life-enhancing details that ease decision fatigue and support long-term health.

This is a live out position, accommodation is not provided. It is important that you live a commutable distance from Downton, Dubai where the client is based.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gently manage and support the Principal’s daily wellness rhythm (meals, hydration, vitamins, light movement)
• Help reduce decision fatigue by streamlining daily tasks and routines
• Light meal preparation or assistance with meals prepped by chef/Principal
• Coordination with health professionals and wellness advisors when necessary
• Provide a calm, nurturing presence while ensuring the Principal stays on track with wellness goals
• Oversee lifestyle details with discretion and care, functioning with quiet persistence rather than directive authority
• Maintain exceptional organisation and time management within the home and daily schedule
• Occasional assistance with the household or husband’s routine where required

Ideal Candidate:

• Female candidate only (as per Principal’s preference)
• EU passport holder is required, in order to travel with the Principal as required
• Well-educated with relevant qualifications in one or more of the following: elite nannying, nursing, wellness, longevity care, or private household management
• Fluent in English; French is a bonus
• Confident, refined, composed, and calm presence; someone with natural emotional intelligence and discretion
• Not clinical or overly “biohacking” in approach—more “butler-esque” in quiet efficiency
• Organised and professional with excellent time management instincts
• Comfortable preparing simple, healthy meals or assisting a private chef
• Massage skills and wellness/health knowledge are welcome, but not essential
• Able to travel if needed
• Discreet and friendly, without over-familiarity – able to hold professional boundaries

Package:

• 5-6 day working week – flexibility may be required
• No accommodation provided – live in may be possible at a later date
• No visa provided (you can apply for a self-sponsored visa)
• Salary: 25,000 AED per month
