JMS careers are currently looking for a Handy Man to join a private residency in the US. 

This could suit candidates looking to transition to a land based career and gain invaluable experience or a candidates with previous private household experience. The clients are looking for candidates that are trustworthy and approachable. The clients have high standards so expect a fantastic eye for detail to contribute to the smooth running of the private residency. 

Job Description: 
Contract: Seasonal 
Start Date: ASAP- 31st August 
Position: Live in, own bedroom and bathroom 
Salary : 1200.00 USD weekly
Working Pattern: 40 hours a week onsite.
US citizens or residents only 
Candidates must have their own medical insurance 

Duties: 
-To take care of deliveries 
-Upkeep outdoor furniture
-Garbage 
-General extra hand as needed

Requirements:
– Must have a right to work in the USA
– Must have valid drivers licence 
– Fluent English 
– Police Checked or willing too
– Previous household or yachting experience required, longevity is highly valued!

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
