First Mate

First Mate position available for a 40meter Private M/Y
 
Seeking a Mate that has gained some experience in the Bridge or perhaps a Bosun that is ready to step up
New established program with a great crew dynamic. This is prominently a deck position
 
Start: By mid-July
Location: Mediterranean summer/winter Caribbean
Package: $7,000-$8,000, 38 Days Leave
 
Skills:
Minimum 1 year experience as a Mate on similar size vessels Or Bosun willing to step up to the Mate role.
Strong eye for detail and confident with lines and all docking procedures
Strong leadership and hands on experience with junior deck crew
Safe and competent tender driver
Professional Appearance
 
Qualifications:
STCW (Fully Updated)
Seafarer's Medical Certificate
YM 200gt Essential
Valid B1/B2 Visa
Schengen Visa (if passport requires)
 
Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements
