Chief Stewardess- 60m- South Pacific

We are seeking a mature, genuine/kind, experienced Chief Stewardess for a private/light charter, 60m M/Y.  
Someone who brings longevity, professionalism, a positive attitude to the role and has a passion for the industry.
 
The ideal candidate will have a warm, team oriented. approachable personality. Calm, confident, polished. High attention to detail and guest experience. Possess strong leadership skills, mentoring junior interior crew while maintaining kindness, firmness, and professional demeanor.
 
Fluent English a must. 
 
5+ years of yachting experience, including proven time in a senior interior or Chief Stew role.  Demonstrate a background in PR, marketing, concierge or luxury hospitality (hotel/bar/restaurant). Be capable of liaising with owners, charter clients, marketing reps, and the occasional presence of an Interior Manager for quality oversight. Assist with content curation and quality control for social media and branding (photos, updates, messaging).

Sporty, active individual that has a sense of adventure and is passionate about life in remote and exotic locations. Vessel is traveling through the South Pacific and further afield, so someone that enjoys water sports, diving/snorkeling, going for a run or hike, over going to the bar or partying.
 
~Required Qualifications:
STCW (fully up to date) ENG1 Medical (valid) Food Safety & Hygiene Level 2 WSET Level 2 or similar wine knowledge/certification (preferred). Cocktail, wine, and fine-dining service training ~Accommodation & Program:

Leave Package: 84 days off per year, based on a 3:1 rotation. Please note that while we aim to maintain this rotation, it is not always guaranteed due to operational needs such as guest trips or vessel relocations.
  
Salary Package:  Industry standard, with consideration given to the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
