Overview

A warm, discreet, and experienced Live-in or Live-out Housekeeper is required for a busy family of four in Marbella, Spain. This is a long-term opportunity to join a calm and professional household, with a focus on maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and order.

Occasional childcare support for the family’s six-year-old girl. The youngest child (1 year) has a full-time nanny.

The family values structure, discretion, and professionalism, and would ideally welcome someone who brings positive energy, excellent housekeeping skills, and the flexibility for occasional travel. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Start date: as soon as possible.

Job duties
Responsibilities of the Live-in or Live-out Housekeeper in Marbella:

Housekeeping:

Daily cleaning and maintenance of all rooms to a 5-star standard
Laundry care (including delicates), ironing, and wardrobe management
Bed-making and linen care
Monitoring and replenishing household supplies
Occasional errands (e.g., dry cleaning, light grocery pick-up)
Deep cleaning and seasonal organisation
Proactive reporting of maintenance needs
Maintaining a quiet, composed, and professional presence in the home
Occasional simple family-style cooking

Child Support (occasional):

Babysitting/school pick-up
Offering warm, calm companionship — playing, reading, and interacting with the eldest child when needed
The youngest child has their own Nanny, so no help would be required
Candidates must be / have:
Housekeeping experience in a high-end private household
Fluent in Spanish with strong English speaking skills
Experienced in supporting school-aged children
Calm, discreet, emotionally intelligent, independent and highly organised
Naturally warm, dependable, and child-focused
Happy to travel and provide occasional overnight care
Non-smoker

Full-time hours, with flexibility around family needs.

Occasional travel and overnight stays required.

Accommodation
If live-in, a private ensuite bedroom will be provided in the main house.

Salary
Up to €3,000 net per month, depending on experience.
