When cruising the boat moves a lot visiting many beautiful parts of the west coast, crew have freedom to do recreational activities during down time even when guests are on.
Each season is planned well in advance consisting of 6x week long trips separated by 1 week with 4 - 6 guests.
When in California live ashore is also permitted.
 
Looking for switched-on and responsible crew, no huge personalities, someone who get it and loves the industry.
Open to Stew with 6 months+ yachting experience under their belt
 
Starting salary: $4000-4200/month
