Female Butler – Abu Dhabi

We are working exclusively with a lovely new family who is looking to hire an experienced female Butler to join their household in Abu Dhabi. They have a large, beautiful home where standards are high, we are therefore looking for candidates who have exceptional levels of attention to detail. You must be formally trained or have strong experience working within a 5* private residence. Although the extended family lives together, your primary focus will be supporting the female Principal. She is a highly accomplished politician and businesswoman who travels frequently, so your key responsibilities will include overseeing her household and ensuring her personal needs are attentively managed.

We are specifically looking for European passport holders so to be able to travel with the Principal as required. Accommodation is provided, you will be given the use of an apartment nearby.

Key Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting guests to the home
• Assisting with table settings and service for all mealtimes
• Manage personal shopping
• Ensuring household supplies are fully stocked
• Managing household inventories and reporting shortages
• Oversee the maids, ensuring standards are maintained
• Maintain and organise the Principal's wardrobe, including packing and unpacking for travel
• Supervising dinner parties, ensuring a formal table setting, drinks and dinner service and ensuring the evening runs smoothly
• Handling personal errands and special requests from the Principal
• Work harmoniously with the other household staff

Ideal Candidate

• Female is preferred by the family
• Formal butler training is advantageous
• Strong previous experience gained within a private residence or yacht
• Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Smart presentation with utmost professionalism at all times
• Able to oversee the maids on a daily basis
• Liaise with the drivers to ensure smooth daily operations
• High levels of attention to detail

Package

• Working visa
• Accommodation provided
• 30 days annual leave with 1 return flight home a year
• Working schedule: 6 days a week

• Salary: 15,000 – 20,000 AED net per month
