Wilsonhalligan have a Junior Admin / HR position available based in Monaco.

Our client is seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join their Yacht Management Department. As a Junior Admin, you will be responsible for supporting the head of HR with crew certifications and safe manning documents.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Degree in HR / Background in HR
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.

Location: Monaco
Salary: Competitive

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
