EXPERIENCED STEW 80M+ CHARTER SY We are looking for an Experienced Stew to join an 80m+ SY currently undergoing a large refit in the South Pacific. The vessel will launch at the end of the year with an exciting itinerary for 2026 including New Zealand, the Pacific and Asia. The right candidate will hold at least 2 years’ experience in the industry with the energy and enthusiasm to participate in the vessel's refit program, which is scheduled to conclude by year-end when the vessel will go operational. The position will rotate between service and housekeeping so experience in all departments is required. You will be part of a team of 5 interior and will be expected to step up into the 2nd stew position every 3 months to cover annual leave – so someone with the drive and confidence for this step is essential. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to commit to a long-term programme as part of a healthy, supportive and cohesive environment. *Must hold your PDSD* Start date: June 2025 Salary: 3500 EUR / DOE + annual bonus + charter tips + training allowance Leave:  60 days moving into 3:1 after the refit (December)  

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
