ROTATIONAL 2ND STEW 80M+ MY We are looking for a strong 2nd Stew to join a busy, dual season, Private 80m+ MY currently in the Med. You will hold at least 1-2 years’ experience as 2nd Stewardess on vessels 70m+ and must have experience of larger teams, with proven longevity demonstrated in previous roles. Strong admin and computer skills are required for this role. The owners also love creative tablescapes so creative flair and a passion for service is essential. Your primary focus will be service during guest trips, adapting to the last-minute changes to guest plans, as well as managing the HK and Laundry team. You will lead with empathy and kindness and strive to create a positive, professional, and respectful work atmosphere. This is a family-oriented programme with a strong focus on a healthy lifestyle and a fitness-focus culture. This would suit someone who is career driven, professional and ready to commit to a programme long term.
