Silver Swan is partnering with a private family in search of an Estate Manager—not just any manager, but someone who brings a rare balance of leadership, humility, and calm precision.

This is a high-trust, high-impact role based at a spectacular 20,000 sq ft oceanfront property in South Florida, with oversight across additional U.S. residences. But more than square footage or scope, what makes this opportunity special is the people: a longstanding household team, a family that leads with values, and a culture built on respect, consistency, and quiet excellence.

What Makes You a Fit

You know the weight of responsibility and carry it well. You’ve worked in private service long enough to read between the lines, plan for what hasn’t been said, and respond before there’s even a request. You’re a hands-on operator, a thoughtful collaborator, and someone who sees service as a craft.

We’re looking for someone who is:

•    Calm under pressure, steady in pace
•    Naturally aligned with structure, systems, and strategy
•    Comfortable shifting between project oversight, maintenance scheduling, and team support
•    Strong on follow-through, yet always looking ahead

The Day-to-Day

You’ll be the connective tissue between properties, people, and priorities. This is a role with range—some days are about long-term planning; others are about rolling up your sleeves and getting the job done. You’ll work closely with the existing leadership team to ensure each property runs like a well-oiled machine.

Typical responsibilities include:

•    Managing infrastructure and smart home systems across all homes
•    Coordinating preventive maintenance, vendor schedules, and special projects
•    Creating and refining manuals, checklists, budgets, and household SOPs
•    Supporting estate operations so the family and guests experience seamless, invisible service

What You Bring to the Table

•    A deep, lived understanding of luxury home operations
•    Hands-on experience with tech systems, maintenance workflows, and property care
•    Natural authority and quiet confidence in leading teams and managing vendors
•    Clear communication, strong documentation, and a proactive mindset
•    A genuine appreciation for service done well

Compensation & Benefits

•    Salary: $120,000–$140,000 (commensurate with experience)
•    Full benefits package, dental, vision and medical
•    401k enrolment
•    Stock enrolment scheduled after one year
•    Relocation package offered for out of state candidates

How to Apply

This is a role for someone who takes pride in the details, brings their full self to the work, and is looking for a long-term professional home. Don’t just send me your resume, send a detailed explanation as to why you are a good fit and what makes you different
