Bosun opportunity aboard 55 m+ Private M/Y – Pacific Cruising 

This is a great opportunity for a Bosun/2ndOfficer to join for cruising NE Australia and the South Pacific!

Priority will be given to candidates who are currently in Australia/New Zealand

Start Date: June 25

Itinerary: N/E Queensland – South Pacific

Package: Competitive Salary paid in AUD, with 30 days leave

ONLY Australian Citizens or those with the legal rights to work in Australia will be eligible

Experience/Skills required:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a lead role on a similar sized yacht
• Excellent Deck maintenance skills with an eye to detail
• Strong tender driving and water sports skills
• Must be a hands on and proactive with the ability to lead the deck team
• Professional appearance

Qualifications required:

• OOW CoC – AMSA or MCA (as Min)
• STCW (fully updated) with PDSD
• Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (with min 6 months’ validity)
