The Opportunity
Step aboard a prestigious 46m private motor yacht and take the helm of a dynamic interior team of 3. This is a hands-on leadership role—you’ll be working alongside your team daily, setting the tone for excellence in service and presentation. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in being present, proactive, and leading by example.

The Details
• Multi-national crew of 10
• Privately registered (Marshall Islands)
• Interior team of 3 (including Chief Stewardess)
• Rotational cruising: Summers in the Med, winters in Florida
• Start date: ASAP

Salary: $7,000/month
Leave: 60 days paid leave per year
