ROTATIONAL CHIEF STEW 75M+ Busy private/charter program seeking a confident, calm, and grounded Chief Stew to lead a strong team on a fast-paced vessel with minimal downtime. This is a dual season Med/Caribbean itinerary.  You’ll lead an interior team of 8 and work alongside experienced HODs (HOS with 4 years onboard, HOH 18 months+) and be backed by long-term Captains and lovely European owners who value direct comms with their Chiefs. Candidates will hold at least 7 years industry experience with 2 years+ as Chief Stew on 60m. We are looking for someone who leads with clarity, compassion, and cohesion—not a micromanager, but a steady force who supports the team and strengthens the leadership dynamic. Ideal for someone with strong charter experience who thrives under pressure without losing sight of morale. Dual season with ambitions to cruise off the beaten track in winter. Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
