We are seeking a proactive, highly organised, and experienced Female Head of Family Office to oversee and manage all lifestyle, travel, logistics, and operational needs of the Principal, his immediate family, and extended household. This is a unique role requiring initiative, sharp decision-making, discretion, and a deep understanding of VIP standards. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted right hand—handling every detail before being asked. The family consists of 3 children, 5 siblings and parents. 

The role is based in Khobar and will involve frequent travel to Riyadh, Bahrain and international destinations with the Principal.

Key Responsibilities

Travel & Lifestyle Management

  • Proactively plan trips without needing prior instruction; anticipate and prepare spontaneous travel based on history and preferences.
  • Book full-day itineraries (flights, hotels, restaurants, activities) before the Principal even requests them.
  • Maintain multiple ready-to-activate travel plans for frequent destinations (e.g., Dubai, Bahrain).
  • Accompany the Principal and family on trips to handle all logistics, check-ins, coordination, and problem solving.
  • Build relationships with top venues to ensure priority availability, upgrades, and tailored service.

VIP Experience & Lifestyle Oversight

  • Handle all luxury reservations, concierge services, gifting (birthdays, holidays, etc.)
  • Negotiate purchases, contracts, and services to optimize value while maintaining luxury standards.
  • Understand and deliver a true VIP experience across all interactions.

Property & Staff Management

  • Manage all household operations across multiple properties (staff scheduling, maintenance, renovations).
  • Liaise with contractors, designers, and service providers to ensure quality and timeliness of projects.
  • Supervise and coordinate family staff (drivers, nannies, chefs, maids, etc.) and create efficient workflows.

Event Planning

  • Organise family gatherings, dinners, or formal events from A to Z.
  • Ensure logistics, guest services, setup, and catering are delivered with high-level standards.

Operational & Business Support

  • Follow up on light business-related matters or work assignments on behalf of the Principal.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical files for family operations, preferences, contacts, and vendors.
  • Recruit and lead a small support team as the family office scales.

Ideal Candidate

  • Female required at the request of the family 
  • Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Minimum 7–10 years in a similar high-trust role serving UHNW individuals/families
  • Industry Background
  • VIP concierge, private travel planning, estate/lifestyle management, or family office operations

Skills Required

  • Strong foresight and planning instinct
  • Ability to operate under pressure and on short notice
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Emotional intelligence, loyalty, discretion
  • Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple priorities seamlessly
  • Familiar with luxury service standards and etiquette

Compensation & Benefits

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.
