SERVICE STEWARDESS REQUIRED FOR A PRIVATE RESIDENCE + 100M YACHT

Start date: May or June 2025 – permanent position
Itinerary: Dubai (residence), 100m+ Superyacht (Mediterranean and global itineraries)

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Stewardess to join a dynamic and professional interior team, providing exceptional service to the principal and guests across both a high-end private residence in Dubai and a 100m+ private yacht. This role is ideal for a junior candidate with a strong foundation in hospitality who is eager to grow within the yachting industry. A polished, discreet, and proactive approach is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support daily service operations including meal service, drink preparation, turndown, and guest readiness
• Assist with formal and informal table settings, including event setup and breakdown
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of interior and guest areas to impeccable standards
• Work closely with the senior service team and follow detailed instructions with consistency
• Display a professional and welcoming attitude at all times
• Maintain discretion, confidentiality, and a high level of personal presentation

REQUIREMENTS

• 1–2 years of experience in yachting, luxury hospitality, or private service preferred
• Knowledge of silver service and fine dining is an advantage
• STCW
• ENG1
• Schengen visa

PACKAGE

• Leave: 5 months on / 1 month off
• Salary: €3800 onboard / €2000 on leave
