Wilsonhalligan have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Crew Manager to join a growing cruise consultancy in Hampshire. 

The role would suit someone who has a background within the cruise industry, and thrive on building relationships and driving business growth.

The Crew Manager will be responsible for leading and ensuring smooth crew operations - from compliance to legal frameworks to administration and crew welfare, while representing the company globally. 

We're looking for a self-starter with a passion for people and strong business development instincts to help build something better for seafarers. 

Location: Hampshire, UK
Salary: Competitive (DOE)
Full-time or Part-time 
Hybrid schedule

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
