Spanish-Speaking Live -In Housekeeper – London

Silver Swan is seeking a professional and proactive Spanish-Speaking Live-In Housekeeper to support a high-end private residence in Central London. This beautiful Victorian home requires a dedicated housekeeper to maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and occasional meal preparation. The household is usually occupied by one person, with occasional guests (up to 3 additional people once every 1–2 months).

Responsibilities:

• Full housekeeping duties for a 6-bedroom Victorian property
• Daily cleaning, tidying, and general upkeep of the home
• Laundry and ironing to a high standard
• Occasional simple cooking and food service when the principal dines at home
• Monitoring household supplies and notifying when restocks are needed
• Taking initiative and managing the home as if it were your own
• Ensuring guest rooms are prepared when visitors are expected

Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a UK passport or has the right to work in the UK
• Must be Fluent Spanish Speaker
• Previous experience in a similar private household role
• Proactive and able to take initiative without needing close supervision
• Comfortable working independently most of the time
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Friendly, discreet, and professional demeanor

Package:

• Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 Gross annually 
• Accommodation provided: Private room with en-suite within the home
• Working hours: 5 days per week, with flexibility required during weekends if needed. Any additional hours or weekend work will be compensated with time off or additional pay
