Live-in Domestic Couple in Dorset

On behalf of our private clients, we are looking for a Live-in Domestic Couple near Shaftesbury.

The couple will be looking after the principles second residence which they will mainly use in the fall for the shooting season. This is a large estate with two cottages & around 20 rooms in total.
There are Gardeners and Farmers working on the estate, therefore the domestic couple will be required to mainly concentrate on managing the home.

The ideal couple will be professional, experienced, knowledgeable, able to work with others, organized, have attention to detail and child friendly.

Days/Hours of work: Full time with flexibility when the principals are in residence / shoot season

Duties include (but are not limited to):
Managing temporary staff during the shooting season
All housekeeping duties (turn down bed, laundry, ironing, cleaning, be able to look after special furniture and antiques)
Serving at shoot estates (10 shoots per year)
No cooking - the family will have chefs
General household handyman/ maintenance/ dealing with contractors and driving

Accommodation - 3-bedroom cottage

Salary: £70 negotiable for the right couple

Please note - some pets will be considered.

Start date - ASAP - willing to wait until summer period for the right couple.

Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
