Rota Chief Stewardess 70 M/Y – Monaco

Silver Swan is currently seeking a Rota Chief Stewardess for our client’s prestigious 70m private motor yacht, based in Monaco. The yacht cruises extensively throughout the Mediterranean and Caribbean, offering a dynamic and rewarding schedule for an experienced professional. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and confident professional to join a world-class vessel operating to the highest standards of luxury service.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the interior team, ensuring seamless and elevated guest service.
• Oversee and participate in all aspects of interior operations including housekeeping, laundry, and service.
• Deliver impeccable silver service to high-profile guests, creating a lasting and refined onboard experience.
• Collaborate with senior crew and other departments to ensure consistency and fluid operations.
• Maintain high presentation standards throughout guest areas and crew quarters.
• Set and uphold SOPs, training junior interior crew to achieve top-tier performance.
• Represent the yacht professionally when interacting with guests, management, and during shore-based duties.

Ideal Candidate:

• EU passport holders only 
• 8+ years of industry experience, with a minimum of 2 years as Chief Stewardess on vessels 60m+.
• Land-based luxury hospitality or formal service training strongly preferred.
• Exceptionally well-presented with a professional demeanor and confident personality.
• Proven ability to lead a team with grace, authority, and a calm approach.
• A natural communicator with a service style that is polished, intuitive, and personable.
• Silver service expertise is essential.
• Comfortable and confident engaging with VIP guests in both formal and relaxed settings.
• Available for in-person interview in London.
• Preferably based in Europe for logistical ease.

Package: 

• Salary: €7,500 + Net per Month 
• Rotation: 2:2 (time for time).
• Contract: Full-time Rota position with excellent longevity potential.
