Private Housekeeper – Virgina Water, Surrey

Silver Swan is seeking a permanent housekeeper for a returning client, of whom we have been hiring temporary housekeepers for, and who you will be working alongside. This is an excellent opportunity to join a wonderful team, as we have successfully placed several staff members, including the current house manager. Ideally you will be based in, or within commutable distance to, Virginia Water, Surrey. 

YOU MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE UK WITH YOUR OWN ACCOMMODATION. NO ACCOMMODATION IS PROVIDED.

YACHT STEWARDESS EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning, laundry, and ironing tasks to maintain the residences' cleanliness and tidiness
• Collaborating effectively within a team of housekeepers to ensure efficient operations
• Reporting any issues, repairs, or stock shortages promptly to the house manager for resolution
• Performing detailed dusting and polishing of treated surfaces, including marble and delicate materials

Ideal Candidate:

• Candidates MUST have the right to live and work in the UK. Sponsorship is not provided.
• You must have your own accommodation 
• You must be able to commute to Virginia Water, Surrey – 40 mins train from Waterloo. 
• You must be able to work a 6-day week

Package:

• Start Date: Immediate
• Salary: £40,000 per anum
• Permanent
• Working Schedule: 6 days per week, 9 hours per day, working in rotation with other housekeepers. Weekend cover will be required as needed.
