Female House Manager – Doha, Qatar

Silver Swan Recruitment is working with a private family office in the hiring of 2 x female House Managers to oversee a small number of VVIP residences in Doha, Qatar. The family move between the residences which all need to be guest ready at all times. You will be responsible for a small team and be ready to host the family at a moment’s notice.

As a house manager, you will be experienced in running VIP residences, confident training and leading a team of hospitality professionals whilst being hands on in all aspects of running a home.

You must have a UK or EU passport to be able to travel easily with the family.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the residence
• Ensure the property is always in a pristine condition and guest-ready
• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and gardening staff
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to address any issues promptly
• Manage the scheduling and upkeep of maintenance for all systems (HVAC, security, plumbing, etc.)
• Oversee inventory management for household supplies and amenities
• Ensure all guest areas are fully stocked and set up to 5* standards
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialised repairs or services
• Prepare the residence for guest arrivals, including setting up bedrooms, dining areas, and entertainment spaces
• Manage household budgets, expenses, and reporting
• Liaise with the principal or their representatives regarding preferences and requirements
• Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold protocols associated with residences of this type
• Ensure security protocols are always in place and functioning
• Handle any last-minute requests or emergencies efficiently
• Train and manage staff to deliver seamless service and adhere to 5* standards

Ideal Candidate

• Strong previous house management experience
• Female for cultural reasons
• You can’t have worked in Saudi or the UAE before
• Strong leadership qualities
• 5* service skills and exceptionally high standards in regards to housekeeping 

Package

• Travel and visas as required
• Accommodation: own bedroom and ensuite bathroom
• Holiday allowance
• €4000 – €4,500 (tax free) per month DOE
