We are looking for an adaptable and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a vibrant and active family based in Austin, Texas. This role involves diverse responsibilities, including overseeing property operations, managing family logistics, and assisting with day-to-day personal and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, proactive, and able to juggle various duties with ease and precision.

Primary Responsibilities

Personal Support:

•    Manage daily schedules and calendars for family members, ensuring seamless coordination of appointments, meetings, and activities.
•    Run errands and handle correspondence on behalf of the family.
•    Assist with personal tasks and special projects as needed.

Property Oversight:

•    Support the management of multiple properties, ensuring routine maintenance is scheduled and executed.
•    Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure the upkeep and security of all residences.
•    Maintain detailed records of property-related tasks and expenses.

Family Administration:

•    Organize household and family documentation, ensuring timely management of bills, invoices, and other financial records.
•    Assist with planning and logistics for family-related projects and initiatives.

Event Coordination:

•    Plan and oversee family gatherings, celebrations, and social events, ensuring all details are handled smoothly.

Collaboration:

•    Work alongside other household staff to maintain an efficient and harmonious operation.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

•    Demonstrated experience in personal assistant roles, preferably within a private household or family setting.
•    Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
•    Familiarity with property management or related fields is a plus.
•    High level of discretion and professionalism, with experience handling sensitive information.
•    Adaptable and willing to take on diverse responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
