House Manager, Live Out – Dubai

We are working exclusively with an UHNW family to hire an entire household team for a new residence in Dubai. The residence will not be a full-time residence so the successful candidates must be able to work hard when the property is being used and also be trusted to work independently maintaining the house to a high standard when it’s not being used.

We are hiring an experienced House Manager  to working alongside a housekeeping, butler and chef team. The family expect high standards, total professionalism and complete trust when it comes to their household team. 

This is a live out position, accommodation is NOT provided. You MUST already be based in Dubai. Relocation is not provided. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Be the main contact point for the Principals
• Overseeing the daily operations of the household
• Managing household staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Ensuring the home is clean, well-maintained, and organized
• Supervising renovations, repairs, and maintenance work
• Coordinating with vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Managing household budgets, expenses, and inventories
• Planning and overseeing events, dinners, and gatherings
• Ensuring security measures and household protocols are followed
• Running errands and handling personal shopping for the family
• Arranging travel plans, transportation, and accommodations
• Overseeing the laundry, wardrobe, and special care for luxury items
• Handling deliveries and overseeing incoming and outgoing shipments
• Ensuring smooth communication between staff and the family
• Maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times

Ideal Candidate

• Already based in Dubai
• Strong house management experience gained in a similar sized home 
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes
• Discretion, trustworthiness, and professionalism
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the family’s needs
• Experience in managing staff and coordinating daily operations
• Understanding of budgeting, expenses, and vendor negotiations

• Visa and medical insurance 
• Holiday allowance and a flight home
• No accommodation provided
• 30,000 – 35,000 AED tax free per month
• 6 day work week when the family are in residence
• 5 day work week when they are not in residence
