Personal Assistant – Saudi Arabia

We are working exclusively with a female client based in Riyadh who is looking for a proactive and switched on personal assistant to support her in all day-to-day activities. You will be part of a much larger household team but will work very closely with the Principal. You must be flexible, be able to work at a fast pace and know how to get things done with minimal supervision.

The role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia however will involve travel. We therefore require an EU PASSPORT HOLDERS so to be able to travel freely as required.

We are also only consider FEMALE  candidates for cultural reasons.

ENGLISH MUST BE YOUR FIRST LANGUAGE.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Managing daily schedules, appointments, and meeting
• Coordinating all travel arrangement
• Handling correspondence, emails, and phone call
• Organising events, dinners, and social gathering
• Maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all time
• Assisting with personal shopping and luxury purchase
• Heavy wardrobe management
• Packing and unpacking for regular travels
• Managing financial transactions and expense
• Liaising with high-profile contacts and service provider
• Ensuring smooth logistics for family members and guest
• Handling sensitive documents and contract
• Arranging medical appointments and wellness service
• Providing 24/7 availability for urgent matters
