HEAD BUTLER REQUIRED FOR A PRIVATE RESIDENCE + 100M YACHT

Start date: May 2025 – permanent position
Itinerary: Dubai (residence), 100m+ Superyacht (Mediterranean and global itineraries)

The Head Butler holds the ultimate responsibility for the consistent and discreet delivery of high-end service to the principal across both a luxury private residence and a 100m+ superyacht. This individual leads the overall service team, ensures daily excellence in execution, and serves as the trusted bridge between the principal’s expectations and the operational team’s performance.

• Develops and implements comprehensive training plans for junior butlers and new staff
• Coordinates seamlessly with House Manager (residence) and Chief Stewardess (yacht)
• Manages service logistics across multiple locations and travel itineraries
• Plans staffing levels and shift coverage for daily operations, events, and guest stays
• Maintains proper inventory levels of service tools, amenities, uniforms, and supplies
• Liaises with chefs to tailor meals to principal’s preferences and dietary needs

REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum 10–15 years in ultra-luxury hospitality; experience in private households, cruise ships , or yachts preferred
· Butler School Certification
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is a plus
· STCW
· ENG1
· Schengen visa

PACKAGE
· Leave: 5 months on / 1 month off
· Salary: €6000 onboard / €3500 on leave
