Sole Stewardess Private 23M M/Y in Croatia

We’re looking for a Sole Stewardess to join a privately owned, owner-operated 23m motor yacht for the summer season (1st of July- 1st of Septembe). The yacht is based in Croatia and will be cruising locally.

About the Role:
As the only crew member onboard, the Stewardess will be responsible for the full interior, guest service, and assisting the owner with day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role that requires flexibility and a good level of seamanship. Duties include:
• Interior upkeep: cleaning, cabin turnover, laundry etc.
• Meal and drink service
• Helping with provisioning
• Assisting during docking, line handling, and general deck duties
• Occasional help with tender and swimming support
