Crewing Coordinator/Marine Personnel Officer – Athens

I am representing a global leading ship management company seeking a Crewing Marine Personnel Officer to join their Athens office.

This role requires crewing experience within the Cruise or Luxury Yacht industry. Applicants without this will not be considered. 

This is a full-time, office-based role. Candidates must have the legal right to live and work in the EU, as visa sponsorship is not available. Applicants must live within a commutable distance of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Recruitment on officer and crew inductions.
• Manage crew rotations and coordinate changes with agents and vessels.
• Handle employment contracts and joining documentation.
• Support dry dock, technician needs, special projects, and ship start-ups.
• Ensure compliance with flag endorsements, Polar Code, and Madeira tax requirements.
• Process payroll and review OPEX reports.
• Review and approve travel and manning agency invoices.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in a crewing role within the cruise or yacht industry.
• Strong knowledge of STCW documentation.
