Location: VVIP Residences, Doha, Qatar
Salary: €4,000–€4,500 per month (Tax-Free, DOE)
Accommodation: Provided (Own bedroom with ensuite bathroom)

Role Summary
MOR Talent Boutique is seeking two experienced House Managers to oversee multiple VVIP residences in Doha, Qatar. Working within a dynamic environment, you will ensure each property is always guest-ready and maintained to the highest standards. This hands-on role involves managing a small team of staff, coordinating household operations, and delivering 5-star service at all times.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations and ensure residences are impeccably maintained and guest-ready.

- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and gardening teams.

- Conduct regular inspections of the property and address issues promptly.

- Manage scheduling and upkeep of household systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and security.

- Oversee household inventory and ensure guest areas are fully stocked to 5-star standards.

- Prepare the residence for guest arrivals, setting up bedrooms, dining areas, and entertainment spaces.

- Coordinate with external contractors for specialised repairs or services.

- Manage household budgets, expenses, and reporting.

- Liaise with principals or their representatives to fulfil specific preferences and requirements.

- Train and lead staff to deliver seamless service and adhere to the highest standards.

- Ensure security protocols are in place and operational.

- Handle last-minute requests and emergencies efficiently.

- Uphold strict confidentiality and follow protocols associated with high-profile residences.
