Captain required for 33m private motor yacht.

We are seeking an experienced Captain for a 33m private motor yacht, joining the yacht in Florida asap.

To be considered for the position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

B1/B2 visa in hand

Available immediately.

MCA CoC Master <500gt / Class 5 preferred

MCA Master <200gt / OOW <500gt as minimum

All STCW certs in date and a valid ENG1/Seafarers medical cert.

English mother tongue preferred

Experience with Jet drive MTU’s highly desirable

Excellent and verifiable references

Job continuity essential

Salary in the region of USD $9000 per month

60 days leave with the option to take further unpaid leave subject to the yacht's itinerary.

The yacht is currently based in Florida and with plans to cruise the Bahamas and the Caribbean for the winter. Europe summer 2025

Sorry no couples and unfortunately our client has advised that we can't consider South African candidates.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
