Captain Needed for 27 Meter Private Motor Yacht for the Upcoming Season

About the Position:

We are currently seeking an experienced captain for a 27-meter private motor yacht, with the position available for the upcoming season. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the yacht, leading the crew, and providing exceptional service to the owners and guests.

Key Requirements:

• Experience:Minimum of 7 years as a captain on motor yachts, ideally in the 27-meter range.
• Certifications: Valid STCW certification and up-to-date medical certificate.

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of yacht operations, navigation, and safety procedures.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide a small crew.
• Capable of independently managing the yacht’s daily operations, ensuring the safety and comfort of all onboard.
• Excellent communication skills with both crew and guests.
• A professional, discreet demeanor focused on providing top-tier service.

Languages:

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the yacht's maintenance and operations to the highest standards.
• Ensuring smooth navigation and compliance with maritime regulations.
• Ensuring an excellent guest experience, providing safety, comfort, and exceptional service.

Additional Requirements:

• Clean driving record and no criminal history.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in all situations.
