Overview

Our new client, a busy and active European couple who split their time between Switzerland and Sweden, is seeking a down-to-earth and hard-working PA/EA to assist with their personal and professional needs.

They are looking for someone who embodies an “all hands on deck” mentality, eager to help them settle into their new home and manage daily tasks.

Job duties

Responsibilities of the PA/EA in Switzerland and Sweden include:

PA

Organising cleaning services
Managing home organisation
Online orders and laundry management
Picking up food / arranging food deliveries
Folding, packing, unpacking
Shopping, including fresh flowers
Handling packages, returns, shipments, and post office tasks
Assisting with unpacking and moving
Driving as needed
Facilitating appointments (doctor, massages, dentists, health, etc)
Managing travel accommodations
Anything else to simplify daily life

EA

Handling paperwork and administrative tasks
Scheduling and booking
Conducting research tasks
Performing simple accounting tasks

Candidates must be/have:

3-5 years of experience in a similar role
Fluent English speaker and ideally based in Zurich
A high-level of trust and security
Capable of managing a variety of tasks and changing priorities
Flexibility and good organisational skills
Loyalty and creativity
Self-motivated and proactive
Discretion and good taste/eye for aesthetics
Detail-oriented with a great personality
Conversational skills in German or Swedish, are a big plus
Experience in hospitality is advantageous
A valid driving licence

Hours

Monday - Friday, 9 - 5pm, with a degree of flexibility.

Salary

100,000 CHF +

Location

Based in Zurich, Switzerland.

The Principals travel /stay in Sion, Switzerland for around 3-4 months of the year, and in Stockholm, Sweden for two months of the year.
