Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Private PA to support a single male Principal with managing his personal and professional affairs. This role involves handling a diverse range of tasks including asset management, scheduling, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive assistance, exceptional communication skills, and a discreet, service-oriented approach.

Job duties
Responsibilities of the Private PA in Palma de Mallorca include:

• Coordinate and maintain the Principal’s calendar, including appointments, meetings, and social events
• Oversee and manage various personal assets
• Organise complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and transport
• Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of the Principal
• Arrange and oversee personal and social events, ensuring all logistics are handled seamlessly
• Provide general support in daily tasks and errands as required by the Principal
• Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism

Candidates must be/have:

• Proven experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant, preferably in a private capacity
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected changes with flexibility
• Proficiency with office software and modern communication tools

Palma de Mallorca.

Hours
Full-time position with flexibility required based on the Principal’s schedule.
